Questions, answered
Does Celppro Premium renew automatically?
No. A pass is a one-time payment for 7, 30 or 90 days. When it ends, it simply ends — we never charge you again unless you buy another pass.
What happens if I buy while my pass is still running?
You lose nothing. The new days are added after your current pass ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of buying, if you've used fewer than 5 practice items and at most 1 mock test on that pass. Email us from the address you signed up with and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. See the Refund Policy.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A PDF receipt is emailed as soon as your payment is confirmed, and every receipt is in your account under Payments.
How do I pay?
By card, securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
I'm in a Celppro batch. Do I need Premium?
Not at first. Batch students get Premium free for 30 days from their batch's start date. After that, or before the batch starts, buy a pass like everyone else.
Are the levels I get official CELPIP scores?
No. Every level shown on Celppro is an estimate to track your progress, not an official CELPIP score. Only Paragon issues official scores.
