Refund Policy

Celppro sells Premium passes for practice and mock tests, and access to live, scheduled teaching. This page explains when you can get your money back.

Celppro Premium passes

• A pass is a one-time payment. It runs for the days you bought (7, 30 or 90) and then ends. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy another pass.
• Buying while a pass is running adds the new days after the current pass ends.
• 7-day money-back guarantee. Within 7 days of buying a pass, if you have used fewer than 5 practice items and at most 1 mock test on it, we refund it in full. Each pass you buy has its own 7 days. Email us from the address you signed up with; the refund goes back to your original payment method and the pass ends when it is issued.
• After 7 days, or past those limits, a pass is not refundable.

The Material Hub

The Material Hub is free for every signed-in student.

CLB Accelerator and 1-1 Masterclasses

• CLB Accelerator cohorts are a fixed-length group programme. Your seat is reserved on payment and cannot be refunded — including if you cannot attend some or all of the live sessions. Recordings and materials stay available to you.
• 1-1 Masterclasses can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed session, or a cancellation inside 24 hours, is forfeited.

If something goes wrong on our side

If Celppro cancels a live session and does not reschedule it, or you are charged in error, contact us and we will put it right — a replacement session, account credit, or a refund of the amount affected.

Practice scores are estimates

AI-generated scores on Celppro are practice estimates, not official CELPIP results, and are not grounds for a refund.
