These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of celppro.com (the "Website") and all services offered through it, including 1-1 masterclass bookings, workshops, group classes, course material, and pre-recorded classes (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Celppro ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing the Website or booking/purchasing any Service, you ("you," "your," "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. Eligibility

  • The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or minors using the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • By using the Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our Services

We offer the following through celppro.com: - 1-1 Masterclass Bookings — personalized live sessions booked via our scheduling system - Workshops — live group training sessions on specific CELPIP topics - Group Classes — recurring or scheduled live classes with multiple participants - Course Material — digital study materials, practice sets, and resources for purchase - Pre-Recorded Classes — video lessons available for purchase and on-demand access

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, add, or remove any Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Enrollment

  • Bookings for 1-1 masterclasses, workshops, and group classes are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • You are responsible for selecting the correct class, date, and time slot at the time of booking.
  • We may reschedule or cancel a scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues, insufficient enrollment for group classes) and will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer an alternative date or slot.
  • Access credentials or links for live sessions and pre-recorded content are provided to the email address used at the time of booking/purchase. You are responsible for keeping this access confidential.

4. Payments

  • All payments for Services are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Prices for masterclasses, workshops, group classes, course material, and pre-recorded classes are as displayed on the Website at the time of booking/purchase and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current payment information. We are not responsible for any failed transactions due to incorrect information provided by you.
  • We do not store your full payment card or banking details; these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a booking or purchase is completed, including but not limited to: - 1-1 masterclass bookings - Workshop and group class enrollments - Course material purchases - Pre-recorded class purchases

This applies regardless of whether you attend the scheduled session, access the purchased material, or complete the course.

If we cancel or are unable to deliver a scheduled class due to reasons attributable to us, we will, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled session or credit toward a future Service. Any exceptions to this policy are solely at our discretion and do not constitute a waiver of this clause for future transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course material, pre-recorded classes, presentation content, worksheets, practice tests, session recordings, and other materials provided through celppro.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Celppro, protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Purchasing or attending a Service grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal license to access and use the material for your own personal CELPIP preparation only.
  • You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publicly display, record (where recording is not provided by us), or create derivative works from any course material, live session, or pre-recorded class without our prior written consent.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

7. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to: - Share your account, login credentials, or purchased content access with any third party - Record, screenshot, download, or redistribute live sessions or pre-recorded content without authorization - Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that disrupts other participants or instructors - Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content during live sessions - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or restricted areas of the Website

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live class or revoke access to purchased content for violation of these Terms, without refund.

8. No Guarantee of Results

CELPIP preparation classes, masterclasses, workshops, and course material are provided for educational and preparatory purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific CELPIP test score, outcome, or result. Your performance in the actual CELPIP test depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including your own preparation, effort, and performance on the test day.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Website or Services at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Celppro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Live sessions may be conducted using third-party video-conferencing or scheduling platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or similar). We are not responsible for any interruptions, outages, or issues arising from the technical performance of these third-party platforms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or any Service, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our Services. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
